Ammoniation granulation compound fertilizer is the use of ammoniation, secondary dechlorination granulation production process, the principle is to add potassium chloride and sulfuric acid into the reaction tank heating and reaction under certain conditions, the escape of HCL gas by water absorption can be produced a certain concentration of hydrochloric acid, the resulting potassium bisulfate mixed with dilute phosphoric acid to form a mixed acid. At present, the domestic production of S---NPK compound fertilizer mainly has two production processes; namely, ammoniation granulation and spray granulation, the two production processes of compound fertilizer production is quite different, mainly in the following aspects:
1. Product advantages: The nitrogen content of compound fertilizer produced by ammoniation can reach more than 14%, and the water-soluble phosphorus content can reach more than 95%, while the nitrogen content of compound fertilizer produced by shotcrete granulation is low, only about 12%, and the water-soluble phosphorus content is low, about 80%. The fertilizer effect is far inferior to that of products produced by ammoniation.
2. Production process: The ammoniation production process adopts a tubular reactor. The reactions are all in the tubular reactor. The neutralization degree of the reaction can reach more than 1.5. The reaction residence time is short, less than 10 seconds. Therefore, its product has high nitrogen content, short reaction time, no time to generate phosphate precipitation, no phosphorus degradation phenomenon, so water soluble phosphorus is high. The reaction of spray granulation is neutralized by traditional tank. The reaction residence time is long, up to 30 minutes or more, the neutralization degree is low, and it can only be about 1.1. Therefore, its product nitrogen content is low, the reaction residence time is long, and the phosphate in phosphoric acid precipitates, resulting in the degradation of phosphorus, so the water soluble phosphorus content is low.
3. Technical content: The production process of spray granulation is relatively mature, the production operation is stable, and there are many enterprises currently producing; due to its small range of operating conditions, the operation is difficult to control, and there are not many manufacturers with normal production. At present, less than 10 enterprises in our country are using this process, while only 8 or 9 enterprises are really using the whole slurry form.

It is used as base fertilizer for 35-40kg per mu, especially for cash crops, the effect of increasing production is more obvious.
